Facilities
Kolapechka Pavilion is located in Kolapechka Park. Kolapechka Park is located at the corner of Sand Spring Road and Coffeetown Road. Kolapechka Park features playground equipment for children, baseball/softball fields, a pavilion, and walking path which connects to NWT Levans Park. In 2020 Kolapechka Park welcomed the Township's first dog park and a playground expansion which includes two new accessible swings and specialty surface.
Directions are Route 309 to Sand Spring Road, follow Sand Spring Road for about 1 3/4 miles to Coffeetown Road and park is on the corner.

REFUND POLICY
FACILITY RENTALS
• Full refunds/credit will be issued if the Recreation Department completely cancels a program or event.
• Any cancellation/refund request made 14+ calendar days prior to a rental date will receive a full refund or credit.
• Any household credit will expire at the end of the calendar year.
• No refunds or credits will be granted for pavilion reservations made or canceled less than 14 days in advance from the original rental date.
• Refunds for pavilion rentals will NOT be given due to inclement weather.
• Violations of North Whitehall Township's Park Rules and Ordinances will result in the forfeiture of any refunds and may lead to additional actions, as deemed necessary.
PROGRAMS & CLASSES

• No refunds, for any reason, will be issued once a program has started.
• No refunds or credits are given if a participant is asked to leave due to inappropriate or unacceptable behavior.
SUMMER CAMP:
• Cancellation/refund requests before April 30th will be issued a full refund.
• Cancellation/refund requests between May 1st and May 31st, refund will be issued minus an administration fee 20%.
• Cancellation/refund requests after June 1st will not be issued a refund.
• No refunds or credits are given if a participant is asked to leave due to inappropriate or unacceptable behavior.
HARDSHIP REFUNDS:
Hardship refunds may be available due to illness, injury or other special circumstances. All requests for a hardship refund need to be requested in writing, and will be granted on a case-by-case basis by the Recreation & Communication Coordinator and Township Manager. Documentation (i.e. doctor’s note) may be required.
NO refunds if cancellation is due to inclement weather unless the event is cancelled 5 days before.
